Richmond Land Innovations, Inc.  was organized in 2005 to spearhead RD Realty’s entry into residential development. Its first project was La Cassandra in General Santos. By 2006, La Cassandra won The Best Development and Architectural Design category award at the regional level from the HLURB. La Cassandra was also a  nominee at the national level. The standards in the industry in General Santos and Region 12 have been raised by La Cassandra’s design and quality.

Last year, Richmond launched its next housing project,  Norfolk Pine, a middle class subdivision.  It is a 5.2-hectare development with 113 saleable lots.

In December 2006, Richmond Land bought a 60 hectare property situated between the boundary of General Santos and Polomolok, South Cotabato from Dole Philippines.

Additional adjacent properties were bought in 2007, bringing the total area to 105 hectares. Master planning, DAR conversions and PEZA accreditation are ongoing for RichmondCity. Plans include the allocation of 50 hectares as an industrial economic zone, 30 hectares for a commercial district including an IT Park and 25 hectares for various residential developments to serve the needs of the development. The goal is to make RichmondCity as the center for business and commercial activity in the region, and bring in new industries in order to provide further economic growth drivers for General Santos and Region 12.

Subdivision Site is located at Barangay Sinawal, General Santos City with a 7-10 minute drive going to the city proper. From National Highway, it’s just approximately 600 meters in distance and is bounded by the circumferential road and a barangay road which makes it more accessible.
